Despite being pickled, the antioxidants of lemon and the dietary fiber of green chillies remain intact as this pickle has been prepared using spices and without a single drop of oil. It has been prepared in a Rajasthani household, strictly adhering to the principles of Rajasthani cooking. The consumption of this pickle improves digestion and is known to boost the metabolism of the body.
Ingredients: Green chillies, lemon juice, rai, salt, fengreek seeds, fennel seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, nigella seeds, asafoetida.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always use a clean and dry spoon to scoop the pickle out. Refrigerate for extended shelf life.
